Products

We sell made-to-order physical goods produced through print-on-demand partners on our behalf.

Because every piece is made to order rather than held in stock, small differences in color, trim and finish between one order and the next are normal. Product images are as accurate as we can make them, but screens and print render color differently.

Pricing and order acceptance

Prices are listed in USD. We accept major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Klarna and Afterpay, processed by WooPayments (Stripe). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel orders in cases of pricing mistakes, suspected fraud, or unavailability. Where we cancel an order for any of these reasons, a full refund is issued.

Your order is an offer to buy. A sale is only concluded once we confirm the order and it enters production. You may cancel an order for a full refund at any time before it enters production; see our Shipping, Refunds and Returns policy.

Intellectual property

All artwork, designs, text, and branding are the property of Missed Monday. Purchasing grants a personal-use license only, and does not grant commercial reproduction rights unless expressly stated on the product listing.

In practice, that means you may:

• keep and enjoy what you bought in your own home, and
• give a finished physical item as a gift.

You may not copy, scan, reproduce, or make new products from the artwork, or use it to train an automated or machine-learning system.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Missed Monday is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded under consumer protection law.

Governing law

Missed Monday is operated from South Dakota, United States. These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of a purchase from us, are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, nothing in this section removes the protection given to you by the mandatory law of your own country. You keep your local consumer rights, and you keep the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
